Welcome to the Discover Montcalm Podcast where we’re going to take a look at the communities, the businesses, the attractions and the people that make up Montcalm County. 

Host and Producer Duane Weed wants to bring you up to date on exactly what we’re doing and why we’re doing the Discover Montcalm Podcast. The goal is to tell your story, that story can be the history of a community, local business and organizations and interesting people that make up the county.  The purpose is to get to know the people behind the sign, you have a sign on your building, a sign in your window, but what about the person that’s running the business.  The podcast is a dive into the people that work at the business, what they have to offer, and what services/products are being offered.  Duane likes to say, “it is a conversation not an interrogation”.

Before the podcast, Duane will have an email conversation going over a handful of your frequently asked questions.  This way Duane can lead the conversation and at the same time making sure that we’re covering your story and brand, in the right way.  Don’t be surprised, Duane also filters in some other questions that are more impromptu. 

The goal is to have the people on the west side of the county know what people on the east side of the county are doing.
